Return & Refund Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI after the required details are provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected locations only.
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be verified.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products (unless received in that condition)
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
